Developed in line with National Occupational Standards, it is recognised as the benchmark for quality and compliance in the UK water industry, and other industries which necessitate that work b conducted in confined spaces deemed "medium risk".
Because this qualification is recognised nationally, a worker trained on this course will be seen as a competent entrant and entry controller by a wide range of employers.
Course content closely mirrors the risks and work procedures to be found within real-world medium risk confined spaces. It simulates the environments of sewers, pits, silos and chambers, where a strong awareness of hazards and emergency procedures is required.
